Fast Accounting and JAPAN BUSINESS SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY Enter into Partnership
— A Key Step Toward U.S. Market Expansion for Accounting-Focused AI Solutions —
Fast Accounting (TOKYO:5588), a company striving to achieve accounting singularity, and JAPAN BUSINESS SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY (JBS USA), the U.S. subsidiary of Japan Business Systems Inc. (TOKYO:5036), are pleased to announce that they have entered into a partnership agreement.
Through this partnership, JBS USA, which has a strong track record in IT implementation and operations in the U.S., will help deploy Fast Accounting’s AI solutions for accounting in a collaborative framework.

Since its founding in 2016, Fast Accounting has focused on developing and delivering AI solutions specifically for accounting operations. JBS USA, established in 1997, is a trusted IT vendor that has provided optimal IT solutions primarily to Japanese companies operating in the United States.
Fast Accounting recently established its U.S. office in 2025. With this partnership with JBS USA, the company aims to accelerate its global expansion through collaboration with a partner deeply familiar with both the Japanese and U.S. markets.

The initial phase of the partnership will focus on supporting the implementation of Fast Accounting’s solutions in U.S. subsidiaries of companies that have already adopted the system in Japan. This will be carried out in collaboration with JBS USA. Following that, the companies plan to gradually expand their reach into the broader U.S. market. Fast Accounting also intends to further strengthen its global sales network going forward.
